Printing a jump pass purchased online is not required. However, showing us the email and bar code you received is required via a cell phone or tablet. The code you received in your email needs to be scanned in our system to redeem your online pass.

Yes, we do require our specially made Cosmic socks due to the special grips that they are made with. Each pair of socks costs $2.50. You can also bring in your socks from any other trampoline park and trade them in for a pair of free Cosmic Air socks!

Yes, we have a dedicated toddler area called Space Camp. It has a two story soft play, slides, and trampolines. The age is limited to 6 and under in this area so the young ones wont run into our older guests.

No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks. We do have a full service Café selling all kinds of drinks, foods, and desserts.

Yes, we do offer lockers for a $2.00 fee, but we do require a $20.00 deposit to rent the locker. This will be refunded to you as soon as the key has been returned.

Refund will be refunded to original form of payment.

Any participating guests should try to wear athletic clothing. No jeans or clothing with sharp objects will be allowed.

Yes, we have Wi-Fi throughout our entire park for your convenience.

Yes, you may bring in a cake and celebrate your birthday in our Cosmic Café with the purchase of food and drink items.

We only request that you please keep the length of time during your café party less than 30 minutes during peak times.

Yes, we accept both Apple and Samsung Pay at all of our check out stations.

No, we currently do not. However, that is something we will consider in the near future if our guests continue to request it.

Yes, we sell food and drinks at the Cosmic Café. We have a full service kitchen that serves all kinds of foods, drinks, and desserts.

Shoes are not allowed on the platform for any guests – participating or not. This helps keep our platform clean so no unwanted particles find their way up.

Yes, you can leave and re-enter the park on the date of purchase only.

We have a family friendly environment even during our night theme, but we do change the music during this time. We still suggest to always stay with your children at all times for safety reasons.

Children 2 and under get free admission with purchase of an adult jump pass. Please keep in mind, Cosmic socks are still required for the child. We also request you to please stay with your child at all times for safety reasons.

There is no charge for spectators.

Birthdays

You can book your kids birthday party at Cosmic Air Adventure Park located in Katy, TX by calling our events team at (281) 215-5000, or by booking online through our website.

At Cosmic Air Trampoline Park, we give you the best price along with the best attractions in all of Katy and Houston! If you book a kids birthday party with us, you get full access to all attractions at the park. From start to finish, we handle the party stress so you can enjoy your little one’s birthday, too!

You can book your party as early or late as you want, but we highly recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance due to availability.

One of our friendly events staff members are available daily to answer your questions or book your party. You can call us during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM
Friday & Saturday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Sunday: 10 AM – 8 PM.

We are also available daily for any private tours or bookings. Please call our events number at 281-215-5000 and we can open the door to let you in during our closed hours.

Gratuity for your dedicated party host, all paper goods including plates, napkins, table covers, and utensils and setup and clean up after the party.

Our open party area can fit a maximum of 40 guests.

The tables are each 6 feet long. There are 3 tables pushed together – totaling 18 feet in total length.

No, it does not, but it can be rented for an additional $5.00.

There are three 8 foot tables in the party rooms. There are also additional 5-foot round tables for guests to sit.

Yes, each party room comes with a dedicated cake table for presents and cake cutting at no additional cost.

Our party rooms can accommodate up to 80 people.

Yes, it depends on whether or not there is a party right after yours. We recommend doing this when booking your party, as there is no guarantee we can extend the room time on the day of your event.

Yes, your dedicated party host will be ready with all three items if you are in need of them.

Cosmic Air Park only charges for guests in your party who are jumping and/or participating in all the attractions around the park. All other spectators are free of charge.

Yes, we do require our specially made Cosmic socks due to the special grips that they are made with. All parties will come with free socks for all paid participating guests.

You are welcome to bring in your own cake. However, we
do not allow cookie cakes or ice cream cakes. Any other outside food is not allowed.

We do offer a wide variety of catering options. Ask someone in our events department for a full list.

You are welcome to come 15 minutes and set up 15 minutes prior to your party starting. Your dedicated party host will also be there to help you out in any way.

We offer standard black plates and utensils along with colored table covers. However, you are welcome to bring in your own decorations as well and dazzle your party space any way you want!

Just a couple of rules to keep in mind are: 1. Any decorations hung cannot damage our walls in any way, and 2. Any inflated balloons brought to the park must have an attached weight.

No, we currently do not offer these services.

Yes, the birthday child is included in the price. We do not consider them one of the jumpers you are inviting. If you are celebrating two birthdays during the same event, both children will be free of charge.

Yes, someone from our event team will reach out to you after you book your party online to go over all the details.

You are welcome to call us anytime to go over details about your party, however someone from our events department will reach out to you a week before your party to see if there are any add-ons or changes.

Pizza and food items can also be added on the day of your event, but adding them prior to your party will cut back on any delays on getting your food. It all depends on how busy the kitchen is that day.

Yes, we require a minimum $100 deposit to reserve your party. The deposit will be applied to your balance at the end of your event.

We require a minimum of 72 hour notice before your party for any cancellation. If it is after that time period, your full deposit will be forfeited.

If for any reason you can not come on the day of your booking, we can also move the party to a different day up to 24 hours before your party for no penalty.

Yes, we will email you a link to digital invitations after your party has been booked. We can also provide paper invites per your request.

Waivers are only required for guests who are jumping/participating in attractions and must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian 18 years of age or older. Any nonparticipating guests are not required to fill out a waiver.

Your waiver will be kept on file for one year beginning the day you filled it out.

If you already have a current waiver on file, and it has been less than a year, there is no need to fill it out again. You can go straight to general admission and they can look you up from there.

You are welcome to print it if you would like, but it is not required.
